Parents are requested to pay the fee at School office only. Fee payment time: 09:00 am to 03:00 pm


  • If due to any unavoidable reasons, a parent is unable to pay the fee on due date, He/she should make a written request to this effect and submit PDC for the desired date accordingly. In case a cheque bounced, the parents will be informed about it. They will then be asked to pay the fee in cash along with the late payment fee for the period and bouncing charges. These cases will be treated at par with defaulters of late payment fee.
  • If the fee is not paid till due date, late payment fee will be charged.
  • Parent will not claim any interest on caution money which will be refunded when the student leaves the school.
  • For all deliberate damages fixtures / furniture, computers and laboratory equipments,the defaulter will have to pay the actual cost of equipment plus 10% cost as penalty. A letter will be issued by Teacher & the amount is to be paid in the office.
  • It will be parent’s responsibility to obtain proper receipt from accounts department for any payment of fee. The matter should be brought to the notice of authorities in case the receipt is denied.
  • The fee realized in installments does not cover the charges for any extra activities in which child takes part such as picnic, tour, extra coaching, camps, any charges for annual day or other functions. In such cases also, a notice will be sent to parents duly signed by the school authorities.
  • In case of any dispute, the matter will be referred to the managing committee and proper hearing will be given to the parent to present their case, the decision of the managing committee will be final and binding.

PROCEDURES & CONDITIONS


Admission Formalities :


  • Admission will stand cancelled if the fee are not paid by the dates indicated.
  • Parents are requested to fill and submit the admission form & medical form carefully at the time of payment of fees.
  • The date of birth of child must be supported by Birth certificate in original issued by the Municipal Corporation / Local Bodies as applicable, along with a certified Photostat copy thereof. An affidavit is not acceptable in support of Birth Certificate. It is to be attached with the Admission Form. Transfer Certificate is to be attached for Grade 1 & above. Transfer Certificate must be counter signed by the concerned State Education Authority.
  • The child will be granted the student identity card only after two forms are duly filled and the admission formalities are completed.

Non- refund of Fee :

  • Fee once paid are not refundable for any reasons whatsoever.

Procedure for Fee Payment :


Fee will be charged in three installments : First at the time of Admission and others according to the date mention in the Announcement Column


  • Fee at the time of admission are payable at Office or by Cheque
  • Fee, thereafter, is payable by A/C payee cheque or Cash only at school office between 09.00 am to 03.00 pm.
  • The name of the Child/Grade/Section must be written on the back of the cheque.
  • In case, the cheque issued for any payment is dishonored by bank for the reason of insufficient funds, a penalty equal to Rs. 500/- will be charged.

Request to Parent


You are requested to check regular routine of your child. Help to carry as per requirement of the day. Help to prepare for test in advance. Check for regular resting habits. Check school diary on daily basis. Make immediate arrangements, in case of emergency situation for your ward if required. Check school bag on daily basis while leaving for & arriving from school for security reasons. Make arrangement to pay fee to the office in cash or cheque in time.


Transport Rules :


  • The route is prepared keeping in view the convenience & safety of all bus commuters. No diversions / extensions will be entertained in existing route.
  • Buses will leave at the fixed time & shall not wait for any late comer. Parents will not allowed to take their ward along with them without prior intimation to the class teacher
  • Students will be held responsible for any damage to buses & will be fined accordingly. No Parcel /Gifts are sent through driver.
